These positive feelings can help you keep your mental health in a good state during the pandemic’s challenging times. So, you should schedule a time for interaction with your friends and family members every day. According to a study, conversing with loved ones on phone calls also triggers the release of Oxytocin in the brain. 

5 – Do not compromise on sleep

As an adult, you should try to sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours every day.
